While Donald Trump is celebrating he should consider this: yesterday the Supreme Court said that Joe Biden can order the Attorney General to have him arrested, the Secretary of State to revoke his passport, and the Secretary of Homeland Security to deport him. Yes, a writ of habeas corpus would eventually order him freed, but would that matter if Trump were already in, for example, Iran? And all of it would be legal under Presidential Immunity.
