Hersh is still being held hostage. It was his mom, Rachel Goldberg, that I saw on CNN talking about wearing the number of days since the hostages were taken who inspired me to start these postings. She was channeling Ted Koppel and what he did on Nightline. Those of us who are old enough remember that while American hostages were being held in Iran, Ted would start each show with “America Held Hostage, Day xxx”.
